Materials
The rings and ball of bearing are made of steel GCr15 or stainless steel 9Cr18; the cage is formed to be punched of quality cold-rolled steel; it also can be adopted plastics if necessary.

Vibration And Noise
According to related standard, the vibration noise (dB) of bearings for their vibration under acceleration are divided into four groups: Z1, Z2, Z3, and Z4. Also they can be divided into four groups in according to vibration speed (um/s): V1, V2, V3, and V4. Now can meet to under acceleration group Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4; and vibration speed group V1, V2, V3.

Clearance
The radial clearance of“YSK”bearings might be divided into five groups according to ISO5753. The radial clearance without pre-load is shown on the table 12. The clearance can be met according to your demand.

Generally bearing is to be packed into plastic tube or wrapped by rustproof paper, then packed into the arton. Single package is also available.
Dustproof, Sealing and LubricationThe structure of bearings consists of open and close, and the close type might be equipped with shields (Z or ZZ); with non-contact seals (RZ or 2RZ), and with contact seals (RS or 2RS). You can choose by your demand of USING.
The bearings with double-shields or seals(ZZ or 2RS) already been filled generally grease, they are suitable for light to middle load, low to middle speed and working temperature -20℃ to 110℃. We also can choose another usage and brand of grease for your special case.
